Lackadaisy ladies ✨
this took so long omg…
also to the person who requested Lacy, this is for you.. if you’re still here TwT
Just made these! Wanted to go more aesthetic for the flowers of the characters. Some I took directly from Tracy J. Butler’s floral description of the characters, others I made up lol. Please let me know if you agree or disagree with my picks! =)

Night out
I don’t see many people talking about the dynamic between Wick and Lacy. They have sooo much chemistry together!
On the character page of the site, Lacy is introduced as his personal secretary as well as his occasional confidante, which suggests a more informal relationship between them. We can assume they’ve known each other for quite a long time.
Wick is usually ignored—or even dismissed—when it comes to his interests in rocks or anything related to explosions. Lacy, despite probably not sharing those interests, still supports him.
She’s also shown to care about his health—paying attention to his sleep schedule as well as his issues with alcohol.
She may be his secretary, yet she still takes it upon herself to worry about his well-being.
In return, Wick has shown that he cares deeply about Lacy, not wanting to overwork her, even while he’s on what is supposed to be a date with Mitzi.
It’s not a coincidence that, when it comes to his personal secretary, Wick ultimately rejects Mitzi’s business proposal—even though he’s clearly tempted by her. Right as they’re discussing it, Lacy appears, asking him for a ride home. And immediately after that, Wick decides to turn down Mitzi’s offer, explaining that it’s not only about protecting his public image, but also because other people’s livelihoods depend on him. I can’t help but feel he was indirectly referring to Lacy.
When he brings Mitzi home, he also gives Lacy a ride. Afterward, he leaves Mitzi and the two of them talk about it, which shows he’s comfortable enough to discuss his personal relationships with Lacy.
Subsequently, they share a lovely back-and-forth right after Wick leaves the woman he was infatuated with.
And as shown in extra material, the two of them also seem to spend time together in cafés and similar places outside of work ;)
There are also some really interesting parallels between Rocky/Mitzi and Lacy/Wick. In both dynamics, Rocky and Lacy act as right-hand man and woman and care deeply about their bosses. They are also the same age and share the same age gap with their respective bosses (yes, Mitzi is the same age as Wick. No, I’m not arguing about this).
As a small extra: even though Rocky isn’t technically her personal secretary, the Mornings mini-comic shows him doing this:
(Rocky being the malewife he is)
ight yall, new crack ship just dropped. we need a name for this.
We’re putting these two together. Mordecai needs to learn how to talk to women and Lacy needs a distraction.
