Slow weekend as I've been busy with outings and guest at home. I had to find discreet way and place to pump, but trying to get 3-4 pumps throughout the day. I haven't ordered the flange inserts, so I had to readjust the pump latch from time to time. Feels quite nice to see how my nipples change post pumping.

On the other side, I start to smell like just a hint of herb but nothing so bothering. Need to remind myself of why I'm doing this and just need to keep it up. Patience is virtue.

Touching base

Hey all,

It’s been a while since I posted anything and I wanted to touch base with you all, things have been pretty shit since the last time I posted.

After a week of my IUD getting removed to start a family my husband lost his job. Not cause he was under performing but his bosses didn’t like him. It’s not legal but they were complete tools and so we just said goodbye and fuck off. He found work a week later and things were going so well we were catching up on bills and able to live comfortably again. Then we started hearing about Covid-19. We we’re in easy but we hoped our government would act a little fast closing borders down.

We’re now at a point where my husband has no hours in his place of employment and is currently getting government benefits. Another fallback. My husbands anxiety hasn’t been great so he has been dry nursing me to relax which means I might be lactating soon. Hopefully I might be able to show you some results soon. Watch this space

I urge you all please take the necessary procautions when dealing with others and Covid-19. I want people to stay home if they can not only for their sake but for others that maybe in high risk category, wash your hands and make sure that you do it properly. Just help yourself but also others, reach out to your extrovert friends as they might be doing it tough, be the bigger person and make sure you look after the people you love the most.

I am restarting to induce lactation for some reasons. I have come up with a simple routine to get it going.

Domperidone 4x20mg: 6.30am, 12.30pm, 6.30pm, 12.30am

Fenugreek 3x1830mg: 8.30am, 4.30pm, 12.30am

Massage using flaxseed oil at least 2 times a day

Dribble flaxseed oil in lunch

Eat at least one serving of oatmeal

Drink at least 2L of water daily

Pump is still on delivery. Hope to start pumping tonight before going to bed.

Week #11

One day I will post on time hahaha 😂

So last week saw me a little busy, over the weekend I barely pumped due to social events and gigs, my breasts felt sore at the end of the days especially Sunday and Monday.

This morning I actually was rubbing my breasts and sometimes I use the hand express technique and I saw a big clear droplet come from my nipple! Im soooooooo happy! Let’s hope that my milk comes in before New Years!

Week 7

PROGRESS!!!

This week I received my box of goodies from a comapny the specialises in fenugreek free, herbal breastfeeding support capsules! And within 2 days my breasts belt heavier, my areolas became lighter and my nipples felts more firmer and feel soooo sensitive. Like they just brush up against somthing and omg ... instant lady boner. I been seeing glinsening areas in my nipples so it’s a matter of time where I’ll start getting all milky!

Pumping was hard this week due to mental health issues but this week I’m happy to say I’ll be attached to the pump like glue. It kinda turns me on thinking about it 😏. Hubby is still dry nursing but not as much due to work but it still helps so much! I hope this weekend will be the weekend things will happen I can feel it in my boobs!

Week #1 Here we go again!

So it’s been a week and I haven’t done much, mental health is ok, busy at work and also social life. Suffering from intense hangover on the Sunday great start!

On Monday I sat down with my husband and told him I wanted to induce again, he agreed that when I was doing it earlier I seems extremely happy doing it so he is 10000% supportive. I also told a close friend and he said if I every need anything it’s just holler which was nice. I have been doing hand expressing motion when I’m at home. Work has been proven to be a little difficult so so I have invested in a TENS unit, hope it comes next week!

Breasts feel little heavier and firmer than usual which is a very good sign! Having trouble drinking water, and I miss caffeine but already looking forward to reaching my first goal: Droplets!

Week #8-9

It’s been busy. My life force over the last couple of weeks have been drained and I hit a roadblock.

Work has been draining, my sleeping pattens have been so radical I been sleeping at 4 am to get up at 5:30 to take husband to work and then go back to bed for 3-4 hours. So here we are at the start, pumping again to achieve my goal again hoping that my insomnia doesn’t rear it’s ugly head again. Wish me luck, I need it!

I’ll put some more content up when I get home for you all but I want to thank all of you for sticking by me or just creeping about. Welcome to the newbies and I hope that you all enjoy the content I put up.

It's the start of the week and it's time to get back on track. I've pumped couple of times last night to make up on all the lost sessions I missed in the weekend.

To be honest, I am starting to feel a little bit discouraged to see almost zero progress. Not to mention the flange inserts I ordered were way too small and I have to reorder a new size. Who knew pumping could be so tricky. It wasn't this complicated during my breastfeeding days. I also read a post which reminds me of some logistics related disturbances that lactating women often encounter and I felt quite deflated.

I wanna keep going though. Let's see how this week's gonna go. Hopefully I can get more time alone to just pump and feel sexy and feminine.
