And we biked...
I was across from Eddie and Adam...they were like little old ladies...gossip gossip gossip...then they yelled profanities at me...I yelled back...jackasses.
We did some crazy declining ladder of 1min on 1min off 1min on 45sec off...decreaseing by 25 seconds. Then we went back up the ladder...95-100 cadence. Then we did something else involving 105 cadence for a long time...then we did 1 min 20secs on then 20secs harder then 20secs harder...well you get it.
I had a burger with Eddie after...no bun of course...then I walked home a mile and got a decaf coffee...then I added Kahlua to it when I got home. Life is good.
