Usually, I rarely double-check the texts of the cards, main story, etc. in the original cn. I do this when I have some questions (for example, I didn't understand something, or something sounded strange to me), or when I write analyses.

(Unfortunately, sometimes I don't even have time to read the cards, and I have to put it off for weeks. That's why I don't double-check translations that often.)

In my personal experience, I didn't notice a huuuuge difference in the dynamics to say that their characters were changed 100%.

There are definitely nuances in some phrases (characters may use idioms or references to a culture that only those who are part of that culture will understand).

Something interesting.... Well. I think I can definitely point out "Innocent birdcage", where the eng adaptation didn't have certain words, while the cn version 'flirted' with the theme of adoption (which in fact didn't happen, but some terms and phrases created an ambiguous effect).

Perhaps, the way I have interpreted their relationship over this time may influence my understanding and I may not notice or miss something.

Another interesting moment I can note is that after a little scandal, some lines in the "Razor's grip" were rewritten. Sooo... The eng translation has not been touched, so in this case there will be an obvious difference in translation.

Well, that's the first things that came to my sleepy mind right now. And usually, if I find something interesting, I try to write about it. Not always right away, but better late than never. Right?
