This comic is only half true because, this time, I stayed strong and successfully protected my charming little lady beard from my beautician mum. But her hassling me about it reminded me that I did once give in and all I got was some bloody red situation in the middle of my face that basically lasted until the hair grew back. 😅

Waxing rash or not - I want to emphasize that I am PRO freedom of choice for all the hair lovers and slippery-smooth addicts alike, no judgment (as long as you leave your judgement out of my face). 😎 

PS: I love you very much, mum, no hard feelings. 😘 I know you mean well, it's just sometimes a bit hard to live up to (or next to) your narrowly defined beauty standards.
