@ladyjuliaofhouseaster It is officially your birthday, but since you’ve taken to rest in your coffin, I will post your message here. I cannot describe, to this day, the relief I felt when I discovered you were alive ( in the undead sense of course ). You have always had such a fiery personality and your strength and eagerness have always been what has drawn me to you. You are marvellous. I wish you the best birthday yet and many more for all eternity.

These are Leafy and Lady Julia

Leafy was born in the ocean, but was (unknowingly) taken when a large amount of water was taken to fill up a private lake of a nobleman.

Leafy was terrified of humans, and knew that if she revealed herself, she would have been killed.

Lady Julia is the nobleman’s daughter, and often visited the lake. She would sneak out at night to have peaceful moments to herself, and would occasionally have a quick swim, not knowing there were more than just the fish lurking below.

She found out about Leafy after she almost drowned, and Leafy healed her. She wasn’t sure what had happened at first, since she had passed out. But she was sure someone had saved her. Leafy risked a lot when one night she asked Lady if she was okay.

At first she didn’t show herself, but after many nights of Lady having a conversation with the dark, Leafy let her see her. Lady agreed to keep her a secret, and would visit every night she could. She brought Leafy food, and they became friends.

They eventually fall in love, and Lady even brings her inside (with the help of a a friend or two). Lady eventually has to leave and marry someone at her fathers orders. She agrees, but only so she could live by the seaside and help Leafy get home.

She always kept Leafy a secret from her husband, but not from their children. She visited the sea almost every night to be with the one she truely loved.

I was also thinking that Leafy would have a much longer lifespan than Lady would, and maybe many years down the track, she could end up with Gaia.
