they are pretty small, only about 36 cm long! super cute little guys :)

You said your favorite color is yellow so I also have some yellow (ish) fish. The orange conger-moray, or black fanged conger-moray! They're a tropical fish that eats crustaceans and small fish, but despite their name they aren't a true moray eel as they lack pharyngeal jaws.

I think they're cute little guys, they might be my favorite eel.

They didn't know—color indicators don't fossilize well, and of course the fossils themselves are all browns and greys of stone and sediment. But most deeper water fish are black or red or other dark colors, to avoid being preyed on. The blue was a surprise.
