Game: What was the last board game you played?  Monopoly with you guys !!

Injury: Have you ever walked into a glass door?  I mean yeah.  Just the other day I was reaching forward to point at something and jabbed a glass display window.  It was too clean.  I’m like one of those Windex crows.

well to each his own but I think we should forgive people if they honestly understand that they made a mistake, regret it, and are actively trying to fix it without forcing the person to accept it or forgive them. I just feel like people make mistakes and yeah that’s a hugeass mistake to make but people change and we have to let them. again, he probably does something major to fuck it up with Lorelai later in the season that I just don’t know about yet so I can’t speak for him there but I think if Rory can forgive him then I can too

IDK THOUGH (disclaimer: I’m not finished the series yet, I’m on s7e9) BECAUSE I THINK HE MADE A LOT OF MISTAKES BUT HE’S REALLY TRYING HARD TO MAKE UP FOR IT, HE TRIES AS BEST HE CAN TO BE A GOOD DAD TO RORY AND HE’S A GOOD DAD TO GIGI AND HE JUST TRIES TO DO THE RIGHT THING NOW AND LIKE I DON’T WANT TO HOLD JUDGMENT AGAINST HIM FOR WHAT HE DID IN THE PAST IF HE’S TRYING EARNESTLY TO MAKE IT BETTER. i’ve made a lot of new acquaintance-y friends from my sketch comedy class that i’m hoping become more like real friends!!

i give to others without asking much in return. i would do anything to make other people laugh and feel happy. i have a vast imagination and i write well. i’m fiercely loyal. i’m a hopeless romantic. i’m ambitious, passionate, persistent, and fight for what i believe in. i dance to my own beat. i never give up.

finish sketch 101 and pray 201 opens up soon so i can work my ass off for a career as a comedy writer

the long-term goal is to create my own tv series, and to run a production company that helps launch the careers of as many underrepresented / marginalized people as possible

89. Heaven

you know, for all the philosophical viewpoints on death i’ve soaked up, heaven is one of the only ones that never sat right with me. the thought of living for eternity in perfect bliss with everyone else who’s ever died just doesn’t feel real to me. i do believe in a multitude of variations of heaven / the afterlife, just not the “puffy cloud where everything is idyllic” version. (ironically, i do kinda believe in hell).

95. Did you sing today

i whisper-sing sometimes when i’m walking home, and i did that today, yes. i have a terrible singing voice, so any time i vocalize, it’s usually audible only to me.

Four - What is your current mood?

i don’t have a name for this mood but i feel it a lot. it’s a mixture of “all the energy of a 1000 watt bulb, tense like a cobra ready to pounce, alert, bright, ready, able, let’s do this, i’m so game for this, let’s conquer the world” and “100% too tired to function, every pore of my exodermis is worn out, thinking hurts, i can’t even rise from this half-horizontal slouch on the couch i’ve got going on, please scoop me up with a shovel and carry me to my grave.” like i only just found out this is something people with a mental illness feel ALL THE TIME. i always thought i was broken until very recently.

Nine- Something you do a lot?

these days, 5/7ths of my week is making appointments in google calendar and answering emails, and writing comedy in my downtime. i also kiss jori a lot. and think about outer space.

Thirteen- What are you really good at ?

i am excellent at analyzing the crap out of things and decontextualizing and recontextualizing and theorizing until the cows come home. i will deconstruct pop culture, media, current events, story structure, psychoanalysis, and dreams until it is no longer fun for you to talk about them anymore. i am a mechanist and a thing-ruiner. it’s what i do.

Fourteen - What do you think about when you are falling asleep?

somehow, without really working on it consciously at all, i kinda taught myself how to lucid dream. i’m not quite good enough at it yet where i can always actually control what's happening, but usually my mind-routine before bed starts with thinking about the past / present / future for a bit, then i spend about 10 minutes slipping between consciousness and subconsciousness in my weird lucid state, then everything slips away thought by thought and i’m out. idk it’s weird but nice.

Forty three – Who's your best guy friend?

this idiot. i love him to death. also my little brother and i are close as can be.

Forty four -Do you forgive or forget?

i forgive too easily and forget too hard.
