pt.2 of working at animaga and some Absolutely Amazing Things Happened To Me

last year i worked at a con in brisbane and was ecstatic when i found out @ladygt was going to have a booth there. when i went to see her i guess i gushed PROBABLY MAYBE TOO HARD?? about makoharu and her art because she ended up gifting me this GIANT makoharu poster she was using for her booths, as she said she was changing stock/theme and didn’t need it anymore, and both sets of the free! badges (10 badges total) this was FLIPPIN AMAZING i think i remember squealing. i also bought two of her prints. i was too shy however to tweet her or anything to thank her afterwards...

but this weekend she was there (to my utter delight) and SHE REMEMBERED ME!! what an honour honestly. we talked more about makoharu <3 and i bought another of her prints, which i’ll hang up soon. and then we fangirl’d about overwatch haha. (lucio especially!!)

so in conclusion that’s the best convention i’ve ever worked. i don’t know what i did to deserve such kindness!! fan artists are fantastic and super nice and lovely i can barely function.
