But @ladyjade7332 always always blows me away with her comments and in times of self doubts and writer’s block, I find myself re-reading her comments to help push through and finish whatever I’m working on at the moment. Where to start... This is sooooo good... The set up is perfect.. The characterizations are just amazing.. I can see the homestead.. I can feel the worry in Wynonna, and her care towards her friend... I can see Nicole, her exhaustion.. Her dedication to the Earps.. I imagine in my mind a real episode of the show.. The perfect car.. (I love reds!!) and even Lonnie made it into the story... His apperance is breif, but because you have such a deep feeling for the world of Wynonna, it makes sense he would be there... How you capture what Waverly is going through from Nicoles's perspective.. And at the same time giving her autonomy of being her own person.. This is filling in gaps of "what happened after".. The depth is so genuine.. Somewhere in Canada this is really happening.. Thank you again for this beautiful tale.. What life you breathe into this amazing world.. As good as the show is.. This.. Your writing makes it feel deep and real.. I am honored and anticipating the next chapter!! Kudos!! Love!! Good vibes to you!! Please.. Never stop writing.. The thing that stands out to me the most about your writing is how deep it goes.. every character has an individual voice and story, each person has a history, a future, and a present. Each scene derives enough detail to breathe life into it in such a way as to carry me away from my chair in my apartment; every time I read your stories I am somewhere else. I can hear the sounds of the club, or the diner, I can see the landscapes and hear the voices. You created a world that lives. keep writing!!
You know I love you,right? Seriously, your kind words and your amazing support always make my day and always gives me that boost I need to push through writer’s block and finish a chapter.
Honestly, this is a huge weight off my shoulders. I always worry that I don’t give enough detail to a scene, to what is surrounding Nic or Waves. When writing I always see the scene clearly in my head as if it’s playing out before me but there is always this worry that it doesn’t come across that way to you guys.
Giving each character their own voice, their own story, their own life outside of WayHaught is important to me. I want every character, no matter how big or small part they play in the story to feel just as real as Waves and Nic.
