Manfred Alois Perilano (better known as Fancy) makes some pretty killer melodies. Although in his performances he seems really weird, his music contains some of the most emotional melodies I've ever heard. Oh and did I mention he's the one behind the music of Siegfried and Roy who are his close friends. Fancy performs "Lady of Ice".
