"Stop fidgeting, your hurt and it needs tending."
@ladyoftheiris
Annoyed at the whole situation Rhaegal shifted away from Kathrine, avoiding any physical contact but she remained persistent. ‘’I did tell you that I’m fine!’’ said Rhaegal through his teeth, fully aware that she was right and that the wound needed tending.
Her hands, however, are gentle and careful. Eventually his breathing slowed down, more calm. Rhaegal’s gaze softened also as he watched Katherine closely.
"Give me one reason not to kill you now." Kathrine had caught him near her horse that night and after a few moment of scuffling her sword was at his throat.

UNDERESTIMATING a female was anaïve and foolish mistake, and one he ought to know better than tofall for—and yet, here he is. His neck under the woman’s blade. Hischin was tilted upwards, having no option but to expose it or havethe skin cut with the edge of the cold steel. Amethyst eyes arefixated on her gaze, a smirk dancing on his slightly parted lips.
❝ I should point how your foot work ismagnificent but— ❞ Vaedar moves and he can feel the blade pressto flesh. ❝ As I tried to say before you assaulted me, I was simplyfilling its water, it was empty. ❞

“I need not if you were engaged my lady..” Bowing gently she shifted more into view as the sword at her hip became visible. “Lady Kathrine of house Marrison at you humble service Lady Olenna.”
“I am hardly ever engaged these days, dear. I spend my days napping, eating, and walking. Not always in that order, but you get the summary of my day.” Olenna folded her hands and took the girl in from her hair to her sword, all the way to her toes and back up. “And what services are you offering?”

“You’re not from here, are you?”, by here she meant the North. She has been away for long & confused a lot. Yet, she didn’t find it difficult to identify when someone wasn’t from the North. Something felt different in most of them, like they didn’t belong there. Of course, she wasn’t always right about them. Just, most of the times.
"He wants to be a warden it's a noble goal we both know that.." Wrapping her arms around his neck she kissed Alistairs shoulder. "He is your son, and all the stubborn that comes with it."
“After all that’s happened with the order, still you’re willing to see our son away?” He spoke looking over at her. “Like it or not, love, I will not allow my only child to be taken and used by those I thought family.”
Hurt filled his words. He knew deep inside he was betraying Duncan. The man that he thought to be a fatherly figure before his passing within Ostagar. Yet after all that had come to light in regards to the Wardens, Alistair was more than hesitant to send off his only child to such a deeply changed life.
Pressing a quick kiss to his lips it was tender and sweet but rushed as she pulled away. "That will never happen again, I promise."

Rhaegal blinked unsure what to do with himself for a moment. ‘’I...’’ he paused looking up at her. ‘’Why? I thought it was quite nice. Unexpected but nice,’’ he offered her a small smile.
"Alistair?" Her voice cooed breaking the silence of their dark chambers as she shifted in the blankets and wrapped her arms around his seated figure on the edge of the bed. "Can you not sleep again..?"
The King shook his head gently in response whilst reaching a hand to settle over his wife’s. “I’ll be fine, love.” He mused softly as he turned his head to look over his shoulder toward her whilst doing his utmost to offer a comforting smile.
“Did I wake you?” He asked softly.
