My cardio sucks

I used to run over an hour without needing to take that big breath, that second wind kinda breath. Now, I need to do it multiple times to get through 10 minutes... And... It pisses me off. I understand I went cold turkey no running for months, first because of an injury and then because of the influenza plague. I get it. But hell, to go from this to that?!???! Blog damn it!!!! So since I won't get to go to the gym tomorrow, I'm gonna go running. With Lion on his bike. Hoping for some rain free time. If the rain is as bad as they're predicting, it'll be Shaun T's time of glory. I plan on doing multiple trainings, at least 2. I'll be sore and hate myself, but I need to tackle this issue and try and find a way out of this tired fuck.
