My Ladystuck 2022 fic for @artisticallysuspicious! They asked for Jade/Nepeta, The Dolorosa, or Rose/Kanaya, and I ended up sort of rolling all three together and doing a pre-relationship Jade/Nepeta Regency AU fic where Nepeta goes to Kanaya and asks for her help. @artisticallysuspicious I hope you like it!!! No cats harmed in this fic- “shot the cat” is a euphemism for drunkenness :)

So I participated in Ladystuck this year! It was pretty exciting since it was one of the first times I've ever really done something like this, so I am a little out of my depth on this, but!! My person to draw for was @windysoc so I hope you enjoy! I'm a big Vriska fan so I felt like I couldn't pass up the chance to draw her! (Also keep an eye out, on 4/13 I intend to post the speed paint for this!)

My apologies that you didn’t get your piece sooner - I volunteered as part of the last-minute prompt-filling crew and I loved your prompts so much!
This was based on the prompt of “jade and kanaya talking about flowers and stuff” with the definition of “and stuff” leading to an emotional journey of grief, catharsis, and love.
