Schwarze Rosen (Black Roses) - Lafee
- WHY IS THIS SO DRIVEN CODED???
Fr this song is written for Our Abyss!!
What if there's nothing left soon?
Not a spark in the darkness
The world is burning and the sky is breaking
One last flash of lightning
It's raining black roses (Ah)
A thousand thorns on the ground (Ah)
Black roses are raining down from above
Stars are falling from the clouds
Count the stones on the path
There's not a spark of hope
We're just treading on the embers
The world is burning and the sky is breaking
One last flash of lightning strikes
It's raining black roses (Ah)
A thousand thorns on the ground (Ah)
Black roses are raining down from above
It's raining black roses (Ah)
A thousand thorns on the ground (Ah)
From above Black roses are raining (Ah)
Black roses are raining from up above (Ah)

- Darcy standing In front of the Abyss - she knows she's lost. She gave up hope and thinks she's Riven's ruin
Her nightmares of losing Riven - killing him by her own hand because she's his ruin.
A little excerpt from Our Abyss chapter 11:
The sun disappeared behind the clouds, shadows bathing the irises in a murky twilight.
Darcy could barely get a word out. Her throat felt dry. "What…"
"This whole thing," Riven continued. "I've been thinking, Darcy. We're just too different. All the things you've done are simply unforgivable."
Darcy felt her body freeze. "No, Riven, I—"
He raised his hand. "No, Darcy, let's be honest. You threw away our chance when you had me locked in the dungeon of Cloud Tower."
"But," she stammered, "that was Icy, I helped you—"
"Don't deflect," Riven's voice sharpened. "You destroyed everything we had. Why should I build something from ruins when there's a perfect world out there that welcomes me with open arms."
The sound of music filled her ears, a gentle tinkling, like the sound of fairy wings.
"I've suffered enough from you, Darcy."
Riven turned away, glancing at her disparagingly over his shoulder. "We're done with each other." Then he left without looking back.
The music grew louder, screeching, hurting her ears. Darcy slumped, falling to her knees among the irises, which were now withering in seconds and drooping their heads. She covered her ears, but the music still penetrated. One confusing wave of sound after another. Giving her a headache.
A cold wind swept across the clearing, and words reached her ears. Cold words from cold lips. "I told you, Darcy. I told you from the beginning, but you wouldn't listen. Now you have nothing. No coven and no boyfriend. You staked everything on one card and lost." It was as if she saw Icy's piercing blue eyes staring directly at her.
"No..." Darcy fell to her side, curling up. Bony fingers stroked her cheek, leaving bloody welts. "But Darcy, you destroyed everything. Everything. And now you are alone."
The meadow disappeared. Darkness surrounded Darcy. Cold, impenetrable gloom.
Orchids or irises were better, true, but black Roses fit too - remember the race in the Day of the Roses? The red roses symbolised their blooming love, the roses turn black and symbolise their downfall.
The last flash of lightning could symbolise Mirta, who's the last little light that can bring Darcy back from the world of nightmares.... Or the love she has for Riven. Just as you like.
