Bobby's L.A. Burger is a classic, mouthwatering burger recipe with juicy beef patties, melted cheddar cheese, and a special sauce that'll transport your taste buds straight to Los Angeles.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 4 burger buns. 4 slices of cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1/4 cup ketchup. 1/4 cup diced onions. 1/4 cup shredded lettuce. 4 tomato slices. 4 pickle slices. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Divide ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape into burger patties. Season with salt and pepper. Grill burgers for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is reached. During the last minute of cooking, add a slice of cheddar cheese to each patty. While the burgers are grilling, toast the burger buns on the grill until lightly browned. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and ketchup to create the sauce. Assemble the burgers by spreading the sauce on the bottom half of each bun, then add a burger patty with cheese on top. Top the burger with diced onions, shredded lettuce, tomato slices, and pickle slices. Place the top half of the bun on the ingredients to complete the burger. Serve immediately, and enjoy your delicious L.A. burger!
