Camembert Burgers are a gourmet take on the regular burger. They have fresh arugula, caramelized onions, and creamy Camembert cheese. Feel free to make these burgers for a special event or whenever you want a delicious burger.
Ingredients: 4 beef burger patties. 4 Camembert cheese slices. 4 hamburger buns. 1/4 cup caramelized onions. 1/4 cup arugula leaves. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Warm up your grill or pan on the stove by setting it on medium-high heat. You can add salt and pepper to the beef burger patties. Spread olive oil on the buns on both sides. Put the burger patties on the grill or pan and cook them for four to five minutes on each side, or until they are medium-rare or done the way you like them. In the last minute of cooking, cover each patty with a lid and add a slice of Camembert cheese. This will melt the cheese. Take the burgers off the heat and give them a minute to rest. For a light brown color, put the buns that have been oiled on the grill or in a toaster. To make the Camembert burgers, put a burger patty on the bottom bun, then add caramelized onions and arugula on top of it, and then put the top bun on top of that. Enjoy your tasty Camembert Burgers while they're still hot!

Oklahoma Fried Onion Burgers are a delightful twist on the classic hamburger. The caramelized fried onions add a sweet and savory crunch to the juicy beef patty, making it a mouthwatering treat.
Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef. 1 large onion, thinly sliced. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 hamburger buns. 4 slices American cheese. Mustard, ketchup, and pickles for garnish. Vegetable oil for frying onions.
Instructions: Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties. Season the patties with salt and pepper on both sides. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat and add a little vegetable oil. Add the thinly sliced onions to the hot skillet and cook until they become soft and golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside. In the same skillet, add more vegetable oil if needed and place the burger patties on it. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare or longer for your desired level of doneness. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of American cheese on each patty and cover with a lid to melt the cheese. Toast the hamburger buns on the griddle until they are lightly browned. Assemble the burgers by placing the cheesy patty on the bottom half of each bun. Top the patties with a generous portion of fried onions and garnish with mustard, ketchup, and pickles. Place the top half of the bun on the garnishes to complete the burger. Serve your delicious Oklahoma Fried Onion Burgers hot and enjoy!

Enjoy all the flavors of a classic meatball sub in burger form. Juicy beef and pork patties topped with marinara sauce, melted mozzarella cheese, and a garlic herb buttered bun.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 lb ground pork. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley. 1/4 cup milk. 1 egg. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 4 burger buns. 1 cup marinara sauce. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 4 tablespoons butter, melted. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese for topping. Fresh basil leaves for garnish.
Instructions: Put breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped fresh parsley, milk, egg, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Mix the ground beef and pork together. Mix everything together well. Split the mixture in half and shape each half into a burger patty. Set a grill or a skillet over medium-high heat to get it hot. The burger patties should be cooked on a grill or stove for four to five minutes on each side, or until they are done the way you like them. Warm up the broiler in your oven while the burgers are cooking. Sandwich buns should be cut in half and put on a baking sheet. Toast the buns for one to two minutes under the broiler until they get a little brown. You can put a lot of marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese on top of each burger patty after it's done cooking. Put them under the broiler for one to two minutes, or until the cheese melts and starts to bubble. Melt some butter and mix it with garlic powder and dried oregano in a small bowl. Once the burger patties are done, take them out of the broiler and use the garlic herb butter mixture to brush the toasted buns. Put the cheesy burger patties on the bottom half of each bun to make your Meatball Sub Burgers. Add more grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil leaves on top. The Meatball Sub Burgers are ready to eat when you put the top bun halves on top.
