Seville

Seville is a great place for tapas, around every corner is another bar. Another thing it's famous for is its orange trees. I visited a bar called La Goleta which had orange wine available.

Orange wine is white wine, made with sun dried grapes, macerated with bitter orange peel. It is then aged through a solera system the same way some sweet sherries are made. The solera system is a way of fractionally blending wines with younger vintages of that wine so that the finished product is a blend of vintages that has consistent quality. Its called a solera because of the way the barrels are stacked, younger wines on top and the finished product at the bottom usually with one barrel in between. 

The wine was really delicious and pretty sweet.
