I try to talk about these topics from time to time.
Because so many people have been trying to destroy beloved IPs from the 2000s and accuse creators, actors, and writers of all sorts of problematic behavior...
And it's often false accusations, mostly because the scenes and actions of characters are misinterpreted or misunderstood, or taken out of context, in order to demonize people and cancel them.
The best example of this is the twilight series...
Those series get the stupidest hatred I have ever seen on the internet... the characters and writer get accused of everything that didn't happen in the books, and they get immense hatred for it by massive numbers of lunatics on line🙄.
Today's topic is an example of a false narrative that is getting a lot of attention:
Indian traditional dresses are very beautiful bedazzled and beaded pieces. They're usually a feast to look at.
Which is why Padma and Parvati Patil from Harry Potter couldn't possibly wear these outfits to their ball...
Hermione was supposed to have her big moment: she was the " most beautiful girly girl in the room." And that wouldn't have been possible if Harry and Ron's dates were looking more gorgeous than her.
They had to look plain ( but still beautiful).
Not to mention, Harry and Ron ignored them during the entire evening. because they wanted someone else.
It would have been weird if Harry and Ron, two boys who can hardly speak to girls and don't usually get attention from pretty girls, were sitting next to two gorgeous-looking women but ignoring them. It would have been weird as well for these sisters to be ignored by every other young man until the end of the ball...
Cho is also an Asian girl, so why weren't the creators of the movie racists towards her?
It's because they're not racist, Cho was meant to look better. Because she is : Harry's crush, that he can't have.
This can easily be compared to the way Xavier behaved during the rave'in dance in Wednesday...
Bianca's look was easily the best that night...
But that didn't matter because:
A_ she was always considered the most beautiful girl at school.
B_xavier doesn't struggle to get attention from pretty girls like Harry and Ron. He is good-looking and his father is famous and powerful...
