hes half fey/half human (which means his ability to use magic is minimal and he cant use glamours so he has no way unless to alter his appearance to look human unless oliver makes him a temporary charm) so he has colour in his eyes and only 1 set of teeth and he cant split his jaw all the way like a full blooded fey can
as well as working at sách kẹo he helps out at oliver’s cafe on weekends and oliver teaches him about fey culture and the language as well as giving him occasional traditional clothing items like earrings and hair clips ect
the bookstore doesnt actually have a uniform everyone decided individually at different times that they should get shirts printed but they all got different ones made, hao (the owner) has one of each
