What a joy! We can go to the Pilates studio again (or keep going online as “corona-usual”)! Social distancing and hygiene are of course taken seriously, and it is fairly easy in my studio in Paloheinä, Helsinki. Today we were four at the apparatus pilates lesson. I did the reformer and the Pilates chair. Both pretty new or not very familiar acquaintances to me. Very interesting lesson! All these apparatus equipment still look like torture machines to me and mostly also feel like that. I never thought that my idol would be a middle aged man born in 1883, but yet again today I headed to @pilatespowerhousehelsinki for apparatus #pilates. I AM GETTING BETTER, but only starting to realize how little I know of this fine sport. I am doing a lot of classes these weeks as my tickets are about to expire, and it feels really good on my body.
