Day 1794
People of the internet, my lunch break.
It was too nice of a day not to sneak out for lunch and cast a bit at the Lakefield locks. This spot is a little close to the dam for my comfort but the water level was already as high as it gets so I got right in there.
The sun was hot and the breeze was just perfect to take my mind off work. I even caught a fair sized bass.
Today I went for a quick fish on my lunch break.
Lots of local art and books at this antique store. The painting on the bottom that has a label saying it’s depicting an area of the Otonabee River just south of Lakefield.

OPENING STATEMENT AT SEPTEMBER 29 ALL-CANDIDATE’S DEBATE
We must instead acknowledge that we are at a pivot point and that decisions made by the next council will shape our community for generations. It is for that reason that Lakefield needs a strong voice on Selwyn Council. I hope to become that voice.

Lakefield is at a pivot point and, consequently, needs strong leadership on Selwyn Township Council.
