A fleeting glimpse of #LakeMichaelson, a classic corrie lake at the head of a u-shaped glacial valley, straight out of a geography schoolbook. It's the highest fishable lake on #MountKenya at 3953m or 12,969ft above sea level. Unfortunately we never even cast a line. I was delirious with #altitude sickness and we marched back down the mountain almost the moment we arrived, which happened to be in a hailstorm.
