in the tradition of mermay, this months au is mermaid!au!
Of Scales and Sails
years ago, Yuuri saved a boy from drowning. since then, the mermaid became enchanted by the silver haired human and watched from afar as he grew up.
Victor is the prince of his kingdom but does not fit into his role as much as his father would have liked. Despite being raised to hunt, rule and conquer, Victor has been obsessed with the sea since he almost drowned as a child. He is convinced he was saved by a creature of the sea and is determined to prove his experience was real.
Yuuri knows the dangers of swimming too close to the human world, but when he sees the prince’s smile each time he floats an enchanted flower to the prince, it is worth it. Maybe one day they will meet again.
so yes, im back! i still have a very busy month, so a nice easy mermaid au seemed the perfect fit for mermay!

so im gonna be a bit MIA for the next few days, i am in the final week of my final unit of my final hand in for my final year at university so these next four days are 100% dedicated to me graduating with a respectable grade!
then i will return with a new au and sooooo much more time than i have been giving this blog!
