Everything was delicious, especially love the potato rosti, crab with flakey puff pastry case and foie gras parfait. The potato rosti reminded me of Maccas’ hash browns and I’m inspired to recreate this boujee dish at home with hash browns. 😆 Love how gherkins were included with the parfait to take away the greasiness and how perfectly it was paired with cherries. Cocktail was refreshing with passionfruit. Really impressed with this first visit to La Lune and one of my more memorable meals of 2022.
