@writinghannibal asked: “ you and i could go down to his room right now and just kill him and be done with it. ”
CRITICAL ROLE SENTENCE STARTERS.
“Mmmm, as kinky as that is, the whole maiming thing is more of a you and him foreplay thing.” They had all spent the night at Will’s place. And Will had, at some point in the night, moved downstairs to sleep with his dogs. She turned back toward him in Will’s bed, stroking a hand down Hannibal’s chest idly. “Maybe you could go threaten him into making some coffee.” ( ft. @la-mangouste )
@la-mangouste sent: “I’m here if you want to talk about it.”
Tony looked up from his desk, from the file that he’d been looking at, to find Will Graham standing in his doorway. So, rumors had started to circle about the latest assignment Tony’s team had been given, then. He sighed and ran his fingers through his hair, messing it up with the movement. From beside his desk, Heston whined at him and Tony took a deep breath. It wouldn’t do to upset the dog at work.
“What’s there to talk about?” He shot the other man a look, shoving the file to the other side of his desk and gesturing for Graham to look at it. There was no reason to hide this. The rest of his team already knew. “My uncle is trying to kill me. That’s nothing new. If you think this is the first death threat he’s sent me, you’re wrong. It’s just the first he’s sent while I was at work.”
A dozen roses sat in the corner of the room, white petals dipped in red. The lab had determined that it wasn’t blood, so Tony had been allowed to hold onto the roses while he pondered the message. Now he regretted it, their floral odor filling the office with their stench.
“These aren’t even the most dramatic message he’s sent me. So he knows where I work. That’s nothing compared to the time I found a piano in my apartment. That- that was dramatic. Terrifying too, but I kept the piano.”
So he had a nonchalant approach to threats to his own life. Graham would understand, he was sure.
“Flowers though? He’s congratulating me on my new job. And reminding me what I have to lose if I overstep too far. He hasn’t managed to kill me yet, you know.”
When you have two partners who would murder for you. (ft. @writinghannibal & @la-mangouste)

“I’m not going to jump, if that’s what you’ve come up here for.”
Mary squinted into the dark at the approaching stranger; the only light bar those of the city was the glowing tip of her cigarette, and as she exhaled the silhouette of smoke blurred the view of the windows across the street. It was simpler than Gotham, more up and coming. Even Mary – who disliked straying too far from New Jersey – couldn’t deny it was nice to be in a city that lacked a bat blazoned across the cloud cover.
No shortage of killers here either, though.
She had been on trial in Baltimore only on a technicality. Her lawyer, corrupt as they came, had made the three-hour trip at the same time as they’d hauled her into the back of a transport van to explain they’d got her on a single robbery charge across the state line. The kidnapping, assault and murder had all fallen in the lap of the trusty GCPD. The lawyer had somehow managed to get her criminal history ruled inadmissible and strangled an approved bail application out of the judge. She would be on her way back to Gotham in a few hours.
“…I know you, don’t I?” She frowned, trying to place the face. She had tugged one ribbon free of her hair; the silk twisted, snakelike, around the fingers of her free hand. “I saw you down there before.”
@la-mangouste left a love letter ; " give someone something to chase, and you give them purpose. "
doctor lecter was at his desk, examining the correspondence on his sleek tablet. when he finishes reading he sits, musing, the thumb of his six fingered hand beneath his chin, index finger sitting just at his nose.
❛❛ our dr. bloom thinks she’s clever , ❜❜ hannibal’s voice is calm but the amusement in his expression betrays it. he stands, readjusting his blazer, takes measures steps to the chair across from will and sits. ❛❛ —- it would be terribly unwise of either of us to upset her . ❜❜
he cannot resist kicking the nest in which hornets lie, rumbling, ready for a fight; he sees will and wonders how soon he could instill a hatred for alana inside of him, pupating. rotting.

@la-mangouste’s love letter: “ You don’t owe me anything. ”

hannibal’s tone is thoughtful and soft, absent of any of the usual ribbing that is thrown back and forth. he leans slightly against his bentley.

the good doctor’s mouth upturns in one corner. something mischievous hides there, between the shades of maroon and onyx.
