Cada familia tiene su canción, la canción que canta todos los días. Una canción hecha de pequeños gestos que les permite vivir juntos, dejar pasar el tiempo, no pensar. Mientras se canta esa canción, el fuego arderá en alguna parte. Y si la canción se calla, la familia explota como una gran bomba y sus miembros son esparcidos como esquirlas en cualquier dirección. Por eso cantamos todos los días lo mismo: para permanecer juntos. Para que el fuego siga encendido.

I visited Tutti Toscani in Cherry Hill, New Jersey over the weekend. Another great restaurant from the Lamberti family. I really enjoyed their San Marzano pizza. The service and atmosphere were both excellent. I am looking forward to returning to try more of their pizza options.

Vero Pizzeria

Vero Pizzeria in Bellmawr, New Jersey is a wonderful new pizzeria. This is not surprising since it was founded by Antimo Lamberti. The Lamberti family owns several great restaurants in the Philadelphia/South Jersey area. It's worth checking out!
