huh...honestly every character is just so damn ship-able in merlin that this is so hard djkfskdjfdjfk you can justify pretty much anything with the way all of the actors developed their characters and their relationships lmaoo....ig if i had to pick probably merlin/will? i see that more of a real real bromance j bc of the way they give each other shit haha like peak chaotic childhood besties energy

MMMMM LOVE THIS THANKS FOR ASKING so ill mention this one j bc ive been going down the merlin princess route (im in love with every. single. one. they brought in:

instead of vivian, elena, and mithian (and even catrina honestly) having limited 1-2 episode cameos, i would have had them at least crop up or be mentioned in more definitive ways in later/earlier seasons! bc like,,,,did vivian’s spell ever wear off?? could she possibly side w some random villians in order to like infiltrate camelot and kidnap arthur and have him to herself?? did she ever meet other princes and j give them all headaches from j spouting poetry ab arthur all the time?? sO many possibilities. and ELENA the love of my life, our horse-riding queen, hows her kingdom doin?? does she ever take over from her father and rule on her own?? come on now we were robbed of that...catrina esp i adored too! ik she had her troll ep but it would have been cool to have the real princess mentioned earlier on even as an easter egg or foreshadowing as well w her family history/death

specific example would be like, mithian’s second episode. it was great imo w/ the way they tied it into the whole morgana concept, so smt like that would be great for the rest of them! j to make it more consistent, since the whole fandom thinks of all the cameo actresses generally really fondly:))  also as far as mithian goes,,,,her palace is SO FUCKING PRETTY like a large part of me j wants more eps j for gorgeous stills of her in more dresses and fancy castles teehee also also also bc we all know the bbm writers apparently hated all and every bit of consistency in their writing and character developments so it’d be nice to,,,,idk,,,change that for all our faves haha i mean whatttt?

also fs fs: i consider bb daegal, tyr, george and a bunch others as honorary additions to this bc i think everyone in the fandom has been robbed of the absolute gold they are and histories for them:’)))

24. Would you recommend XXX to a friend? Why or why not?

i think i would rec bbc merlin? but itd depend on the friend haha and if i do itd come w warnings such as the one before w the extreme inconsistencies in writing...tbh id rec it mostly for the characters and the i n c r e d i b l e and lovable cast more than anything else:))
