It is a group formed by musicians with a long career, with very different tastes and styles: Karlos Zubikoa (bass). Sagarroi, Lurra), Xabier Dols (drums; Acido C, Lurra), Eneko Lekuona (acoustic guitar; 27, Pájaro Bobo), Mikel Goñi (electric guitar; Zelig, La Bona Dea) and Elena Artia (voice; Zelig, Laius Raser). The magic of classical and root sounds merges with today's softpop, always using Basque as its axis......~

Lanbroa was born at the end of 2017. They mix classic sounds that are part of their roots in acoustic format and with Basque as the axis.
In 2018 they begin a more electric repertoire, without neglecting the acoustic side of their songs. Live they catch the audience, thanks not only to the depth of their lyrics and their sonority, but also to their ability to transmit emotions.
After an intense work of contrasts full of textures, colors and emotions, they integrate it into the LANBROA sound. In 2019 they reach the final of the "Hiriko Soinuak" group contest in Barakaldo, winning the prize for the best Basque group. This allows them, thanks to Asier Zubelzu, from the GAUA studio in Mungia, to put the finishing touches to their first EP, TXIO, which will be released in 2020.
