Do you have any headcanons about Sun's backstory? or any Sun headcanons? ^^

I DO

He’s an orphan. He lost his parents when he was very young to a hate crime as a result of them being a part of the White Fang. Being in Vacuo he grew up on the streets, stealing and breaking into businesses and homes to ensure he could survive. Seeing how the Fang treated his parents’ deaths led to a long and strenuous hatred towards the Fang and it’s the reason why his views on the Fang are so black and white and why they feel almost personal; he’s the orphan as a result of a hate crime perpetuated by the Fang.

The necklace he wears is the only thing he has left of his birth parents. The necklace is a locket with a family photo inside.

He ended up taking a bunch of other orphans under his wing as he got a little older. Some were faunus, some were human, all were victims of Vacuo’s shameless society.

Eventually he and those kids got taken in by a pair of interracial human/faunus lesbians. Those women were relentless in trying to help Sun on a better path and they’re the reason why he’s where he’s at today and why he genuinely can’t leave someone alone who needs help (i.e. Blake). He’s still a little shit (stowing away on ships, stealing fruit, etc.) but compared to how he was when in the slums he’s golden.

He loves his gay moms and they love him but man they’re embarrassing. He brought his team to Vacuo during a school break so they could meet them and one of them immediately showed them a recording of Sun when he was like 13 trying to use a rake like a staff but he steps on the teeth and it whacks him in the face.

He doesn’t like using blades; it feels too personal. He rarely likes to use the gunchucks unless he feels like he needs to protect or defend someone.

He got a new outfit AND a scar volume 4 I don’t make the rules. 

He and his team are a local boyband/group of male models in Mistral. He never really stated it out loud but when he, Blake, and Ilia get back to Mistral and they join the others (obviously after the whole White Fang attack on Haven shebang) they didn’t believe him until a hoard of teens, probably returning students from Haven, saw him and kept asking for photographs, how he got that scar, where he was the past few months, etc.

He forgives Ilia for the whole stabbing thing but he’s going to use that to his advantage. He will guilt her into buying him ice cream by using the “but you stabbed me” excuse. She knows he’s pulling her strings. She knows he’s not actually intending to be serious. She knows he doesn’t actually care. She still does it on the off chance maybe the next time he will Stop.

When he reunited with his team he ran to them with arms open expecting a warm welcome and but it turned out like that one scene from Madagascar and Sage, Neptune, and Scarlet were tailing his ass for hours.

When he’s insanely happy his tail wags like a dog’s and it’s the cutest thing ever.

Speaking of his tail, it also reacts to his emotions. When he’s scared or startled his tail goes stiff. When he’s blushy his tail forms a heart. It’s also super sensitive when it’s tugged he yelps.

He’s only worn Haven’s uniform once. He still stripped it off anyway.

He loves most banana flavored things BUT he will not go near any gummy/taffy candy that’s flavored banana...it’s a sin in his eyes.
