i made this sketch last year after reading The Helpless Dark by @banditywrites i just like Lance and cuddly alien bebes
they found a very fitting non-denominational space themed chapel with awesome stained glass windows. and since he's going to be nervous and happy but much more mature on the Day Of, Lance is getting all his mischief out of the way on the practice run. i love that his friends are 0% phased by this. also Rover 2.0 FTW i drew this almost exactly one year ago as a merch print for @shanced-wedding zine. the merch print was a postcard crop of this cutting off just over halfway up the sun. i couldn't fit everything i wanted in the print ratio and said fuckit i'm drawing it for me anyway XD and added some sparkle because it’s been a year and i found the fancy brushes in my art program mwuahahaha. this is currently available as a full print now in my shop preorders
