idk if its what happened to u but theres a different way for anxiety symptoms to manifest which i didnt know about until i saw a post like.. a week or 2 ago. it was referred to as anxiety assault when i saw but idk if thats the real/common term

probably just songs about like. thinking youre better than people or like. lying lmao. id prefer more on the indie side than like.pop? you know the song oh no by marina. kinda like that vibe for lyrics but not that genre of song.
