I felt like coloring this custom Nelson "Ronin" for a certain Albatross real quick. The kusarigama is a reflavored war pike! the build makes use of Hunter 2 to basically get it back after throwing, and infltrator to get a few extra option. And yes those are thermal charges!

IPS-N gave the Nelson Thermal Charge and Power Knuckles because they wanted to see what would happen when a mech cleared the entire battlefield in under 15 seconds before punching another mech in the cockpit with the force equivalent to a drunk driver hitting a small personell shuttle with a bulk-cargo-transporter. The research data this produced was later used in the development of the IPS-N Zheng. So, you could say that the Nelson ran so that the Zheng could approach menacingly.
