✨MAKEUP REVIEW✨#Repost @butterfly0901 ・・・ I purchased one of @lancomeofficial Dual Finish Highlighters in 03 Radiant Rose Gold. So here's my little mini review about it... It was $39.50 for 0.18oz of product which is expensive compared to other brands. The texture is incredibly soft and a little goes a long way. Because it's so soft it does have a little bit of kick up. It blends super easy and its definitely glowing!! In the pan it definitely has a strong color shift from a dark warm gold to a rose gold. On lighter skin the color shift is not as noticeable. SWIPE TO SEE SWATCHES You guys know my arm is two-toned. The bottom side of my arm is almost the same color as my face and as you can see it's too dark for my skin tone to use as a highlighter. Top right you can see a slight color shift but it looks like a dark red. I know the left pic is blurry but it was the only way I could pick up on the color shift. That swatch was done on the top of my arm which is extremely tan!! It's darker than my mac nc40 studio fix powder. On a deeper skin tone it's absolutely stunning and the pink rose gold shift is more noticeable. I did apply it to my face and it's definitely blinding but it looked like I had highlighter on. It just didn't mesh well with my skin tone because it's too dark so it just didn't look right. Like I said the color shift was not very noticeable. It's not a bad highlighter but it's just better suited for someone with tan or a deeper complexion. I do feel like it's really expensive for the little bit of product you're getting. IMO there's nothing super special about the highlighter or the formula. There are much more affordable alternatives. Hi Beauties!!! This @lancomeofficial #highlighter is gorgeous ❤️! The packaging & presentation are on point. This is perfect if you like to collect this type of item. Why do I say that? Well, for one you get .056 oz of product for $60. This is also a very natural and subtle #highlight which some people enjoy but I am more of an 'in your face' highlight type of person lol.
