I hate this woman so so much. Our drywall will not be fixed until our AC is fixed. Our AC won't be fixed until our water heater is moved. Our water heater is being moved this upcoming wednesday.
Before knowing the water heater needed to be moved, our AC couldn't be fixed because there's a leak and the CAT FUR CAKED ON THE BOTTOM OF OUR EVAPORATOR COILS MUST STAY BECAUSE OF THE LEAK.
I know for a fact if we left right now she would call it a day and never fix a damn thing until it breaks and the entire AC system is broken. I very pissed right now.

This entitled, snobbish, and blonde jackass can't even mop a floor correctly. she just spills concentrated pinesol all over OUR floor and says she did an amazing job. She created a thick, sticky paste on our floor of drywall and cleaner. I hope one day I can make a bucket of pinesol and pour it out on her like she's getting nickelodeon slimed.
