Aida @valentinaschiaffini Little pic spam of our @resinrome exhibition at Il Salotto della Bambola 😍 We were invited just a month ago and we couldn't organize a new table in time, so we used again our last #MurderOnTheOrientExpress table. We had so much fun! The convention was small and paceful and we were only the four of us (because our members who live abroad couldn't make it with such short advice), so it was more an happy day with friends than a "real" expo. Plus, it was the first time with BJDs for all the visitors and we chatted and gave infos all the day! Steamfest (in Rome) kindly offerend to us an expositive space and gave us the opportunity to dust off one of our favorite themes: wanting to give it a newappeal, we thought of setting Steam in the Great Exhibition in Paris in 1800. It was amazing to be in a convention outside the dolly-world and see as people welcomed us and our dolls, it was unexpected and very pleasant! It was a really colorful table, because of the theme: “Arcadia” was an ideal land, where man and Nature (defined as plants, animals and fantastic creatures related to it as fairies, fauns, animistic deities and so on) live together in harmony; it was the basis of a pictorial and literary movement that arose in Europe at the end of 1600.
