hey what do you do when you don't have any life goals or any real hobbies or lasting interests or a personal life and nobody actually knows who you are including yourself.

is the solution really just power through all of that and everything else and force yourself to do something you simultaneously are extremely afraid of and have no interest in. is that really all you can do about it.
