SO GLAD YOU ASKED!!! I honestly am more than happy to share lore of my ocs, although Kieran belongs to @bazdotil !! We are friends and Adeline and him are semi connected. 𓏵 🕯️﹕ Laporte + Adeline ﹖
The two share a small found family trope, Laporte and her are both only children. (Adeline lore … she’s not technically an only child but … let’s just say she’s mother blames her for that.) As for Laporte is the only child born with a golden spoon in his hand.
During their meeting, Laporte was shown to be cheerful and carefree even with the whole infection happening… and Adeline being scared and afraid of everyone (rightfully so) the two got along and Laporte would teach her instruments !! Before the horrors strikes,, where Adeline witnesses his dead close and personal. (I would explain more but I like keeping a bit of mystery to my story but happy to share moreee if asked heh.)
Anyways Laporte helps shape Adeline after witnessing his light dim, and now slowly she grows to become more locked in… (character development) but Laporte has his own fully developed background far from Adeline and explains why he’s cheerful !!!!!

Found family,,, he sees her as his big sister he’s never had and she sees him as a little brother!!! Which is kinda sad since Adeline family…. *cough*
At first !!! Kieran and Adeline meet during the start and a couple weeks later Laporte passed. So he didn’t meet him, only knows about him later down the line when Adeline opens up. Yet that’s way way way way way later, due to Kieran and hers relationship develops slowly.
Kieran didn’t trust Adeline, and believed she worked for (Redacted) and didn’t trust her one bit. Thinking she was privileged (very untrue) and didn’t trust the rich due to his background / backstory. Slowly their mentor pushes the to work together, Adeline tried but Kieran was cold and didn’t trust fully yet. After their mentor sacrificed himself later on, Kieran was given his rank and during that Adeline and him warm up a bit more to each other.
They would spend time planning routes ect, butttt they’re not cannon nor are they romantic. I mean yes but no but kinda? ??? For example, they’re more focused on the mission to be like oh wow, lowkey we have a deep bond maybe we should explore it. Heh. So if anything they’re a super slow burn chat that might or might not end up together 😇😇😇
