This week on I have weird dreams

I was taking part in some kind of reenactment /LARP thing and there was two sort of sides to it - the witches and the towns people. The plot of the thing was basically - all the towns people knew that the witches were witches and were wary of them but mostly let them do their thing . One day the witches had an accidental totally non magic related house fire and the towns people were like "the witches used their powers to light a fire and that's forbidden. "BURRRrN them ".

Anyway my male character was a double agent who was working as a soldier for the villagers but was actually on #TeamWitch. My ex and one of her sisters were there on this ye olde porch type thing. They were playing upper class villagers. I could see the sister eyeing off these apples in an apple tree. I was in the garden area with the apple tree so I was all "Ma'am would you like an apple? " and she was giggling because we were larping or whatever and it was absurd , she nodded. So I went and got her an apple by shaking the apple tree and brought it back to her. Then I asked her sister (my ex) if she would like an apple as well and she was half laughing (again at the ridiculousness of the LARP thing) as she was like "oh yes please good Sir, I would love an apple. I would be ever so grateful"

So I went and shook the tree to retrieve an apple and when I did this time I saw there was this messed up dead looking galah (an Australian bird) in the tree and I was upset about it and broke character and said in my normal voice "Is it a prop or do you think it's dead?"
