The Len'en Project series of games takes inspiration from ZUN's popular Touhou Project series and is primarily developed by JynX under their company Trick Nostalgie. However, they are not the creator of the series. That would fall to their respected friend, Daijin of Lapxus. As a member of Lapxus, Daijin seemingly made the prototype for the series, Emergency Everyday, alongside his fellow upperclassmen before dropping the project and giving the rights over to JynX. The game itself has never been released, with the only footage out there being from a NicoNicoDouga video uploaded by fellow Lapxus member BIGBOSS from 2010, and it may be considered lost media. Despite not being knowledgeable in the series, I find this fascinating, and would love for this to be released for others to enjoy.

     ❝NONSENSE, TAYAKATA. I THINK you’re mistaken.❞ Angelo grinned, leaning back on his seat with legs crossed and hands clasping upon his knee. Expression alone showed just how much he enjoyed the sight in front of him despite the words that left his lips. Oh yes, this outfit matched her very well, but he assumed it would. After all, he had an eye for such things. Shamelessly did he allow golden eyes to rove along her form, and had he been a feline, his tail would have slowly swayed to and fro with hidden intrigue. A week of Tayakata being his maid… ah, what an amazing week this would be. Still, he wouldn’t tease the poor woman too much, even if the desire was most certainly there.

     This was such a rare opportunity that must be savored.

     Humming softly, Angelo seemed to be in deep thought over her words as he attempted to figure out what ‘order’ he should give her. ❝How good at you at cookin’? That was something I could never perfect, though I have been tryin’.❞ Alas, despite being a demon, that did nothing to make him skilled at something many humans seemed to find basic.

"You know it as well as I do-- it is not for you to decide. I am the Servant here. If that is the case, I would have rid of you already."

It was after the disorderly outburst that she began to surmise their pact negatively, a flaw of fate that she was willing to diminish. He could see the stilling fear in her eyes and from that alone he concluded that perhaps it is not because she is unworthy but because he is. He had failed to protect her during that one night. He had arrived late and if only he had been a second gone, she would not even have the privilege to speak to him in such a way. It's his fault all along, isn't it? But she was much too kind to be all too honest about it to him.

So that made the matter completely comprehensible to him. She's relieving herself off of him for that one cruel mishap. He understood her.

"If you want me gone, simply say so. There is no need to suggest me something ill-minded. Naturally I would forget about you come next war for I have no other option. But you... should you choose to forget I ever existed in your life, do what you think is proper."

     ❝SO, YOU WERE A ghoul all along. What a crafty woman you are...or perhaps, I was just too trusting to catch on.❞ Features hidden under his hood, Amon tilted his head to the side just slightly as he kept a close eye on ‘Reika’. Now that he was a half-ghoul, he could tell by her scent alone that she was no human. There wasn’t that sweet scent that made his stomach growl and mouth water. A good thing, really. He was avoidant of humans for a reason, and he’d rather not wind up being reminded of the hunger that always clawed at his stomach. ❝I bet your name isn’t even ‘Reika’, is it?❞

            « キャスター » Crimsons watch in silence, content with what he sees and hears. Gifting was not amongst the King’s frequent activities, especially in this day and age, and those who received something of his own creation was exceedingly few, if not completely non-existent up until now. Nevertheless, it was, for the most part, a sign that he viewed their relationship as one beyond one of Master and Servant.

            “It’s nothing to be surprised about, Tayakata.”

            Although there is no answer to her questions, it’s clear that he thought that the gesture was something small but not insignificant. He senses that there was more to her thoughts than simple questions so he decides to offer her a little more of a peak into his thoughts.

            “I simply thought it would suit you.”

     MOST HUMANS WERE DULL, especially humans in this modern era. They lacked the strength he saw in those from years long passed, back when his kind were not considered mere tales to frighten the populace and magic and the like was more plentiful. In this time, it didn’t take much to corrupt and seduce. Vice ruled most human lives nowadays, and many were so easy to feed off of that it didn’t take any effort in gaining their adoration and desire. Angelo certainly never had to worry about an exorcist looking to rid his ‘food’ of his presence considering the places he went were rife with the very sin he indulged in to begin with. Taking a sip of his drink, he idly tapped his index against the polished surface of his table as he watched people move about the dance floor, none of any interest to him.

     How utterly drab.

     Releasing a slight sigh of boredom, he slowly scanned the room until his eyes stopped on a particular figure on a stool by the bar. What an intriguing aura she had. The way the colors danced about her form intrigued him, and being the ever curious man he was, he certainly couldn’t let that opportunity pass him by. He’d perhaps actually find someone palatable to him for once rather than just sampled for the sheer desire for both food and what ounce of entertainment he could gain from humans in general. Pushing himself up, he gripped his glass tightly as he made his way over to the bar and slid onto a seat gracefully next to the woman who managed to catch his ever fickle eye. 

     ❝You’re the only one here who seems remotely interestin’. Would you care to keep this poor, lonely man company?❞ Gifting her with a smirk, he leaned against the counter as he so patiently awaited a response to his words.
