LGBTQ+ hcs for Wonka characters!
a/n: I didn't include Noodle because she's a child and hasn't been around people her own age so I couldn't tell you based on that.
Willy Wonka - Pansexual, he/him. Falls in love with people regardless of gender, drawn to creativity and kindness above all else. Also asexual, doesn't like kids that much or wants them. He just has a soft spot for Noodle.
Lottie Bell - Lesbian, she/her. Has a crush on Piper in the laundromat and dreams of opening a phone exchange where she can connect people's hearts.
Piper Benz - Bisexual, she/her. Confident in her identity and an outspoken ally who stands up for her friends.
Larry Chucklesworth - Gay, he/him. He got divorced because every woman he has been with had figured it out before he had.
Arthur Slugworth - Aromantic/asexual, he/him. Focused entirely on his chocolate empire with no interest in romance, which is completely valid.
Felix Ficklegruber - Closeted gay, he/him. His cruelty stems partly from hiding his true self, though this doesn't excuse his actions.
Abacus Crunch - Trans man, he/him. Found freedom in numbers and precision as a way to define himself on his own terms.
Prodnose - Queer, he/they. Uses both pronouns and doesn't feel the need to label his sexuality more specifically.
aaaaaaaaAAAAAHAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!
(It seems like third times the charm with making these communities)
Message me if you want to be added. (You have to be 18 years old, or older.) I'll customize this community more this weekend, when I have the time to do so
Edit: this is for adult fans of Wonka, the Charlie and the Chocolate Factory story, and the lore involving the world. Things don't have to be sexual, but we just wanted a space without minors.
Edit 2: This is now open to any and all kinds of whimsical fantasy and whimsical fiction
*everyone gathered around a broken coffee maker*
Scrubitt: So, who broke it?
*silence*
Scrubitt: I’m not mad (untrue), I just wanna know
Willy: I did. I broke it
Scrubitt: No, no you didn’t. Noodle?
Noodle: Don’t look at me. Look at Mr. Bleacher
Bleacher: What? I didn’t break it
Noodle: Huh, that’s weird. How’d you even know it was broken?
Bleacher: Because it’s sitting right in front of us and it’s broken
Noodle: Suspicious
Bleacher: No, it’s not
Abacus: If it matters, probably not, but Piper was the last one to use it
Piper: Liar! I don’t even drink that crap!
Abacus: Oh really? Then what were you doing over by the coffee cart earlier?
Piper: I use the wooden stirrers to push back my cuticles. Everyone knows that, Abacus!
Willy: Okay, okay, let’s not fight. I broke it. Let me pay for it, Mrs. Scrubitt
Scrubitt: No! Who broke it?
*beat*
Larry: Mrs. Scrubitt, Lottie has been awfully quiet
Lottie: Really?!
*everyone yelling*
Scrubitt: I broke it. It burned my hand so I punched it. I predict ten minutes from now, they’ll all be at each other’s throats with war paint on their faces and a pig head on a stick. Good. It was getting a little chummy around here
Who else watched Wonka and thought these two were fruity despite being the two main characters with canon wives?
They’re getting ready for the factory’s grand opening 💗
musings re: wren and the wash crew
(not entirely sure how much time passed within that ynhclt montage, but if it’s enough time for wonka’s chocolate to get super popular, it’s enough time for one disillusioned trophy wife to become a solid part of a found family dynamic)
First you pick up the apparel
And you stick it in a barrel
Scrub Scrub!
Then you take it to the mangle
And you turn the giant handle
Scrub Scrub!
Then it's hung up really high
Until it's nearly dry
Scrub Scrub!
But when we sing this song
The day don't seem so long
Scrub Scrub!
It's still long, though
Gotta press out all the creases
From the dresses and chemises
Rub Rub!
Gotta fold 'em like they told us
Or they'll scold us and withhold our
Grub Grub!
We all signed the dotted line
So we've gotta do our time
Scrub Scrub!
Scrub Scrub!
And if you don't agree
See clause 5 section 7a
Paragraph 22, Part D which says
SCRUB SCRUB!
SCRUB SCRUB!
SCRUB SCRUB!
SCRUB SCRUB!
