23 --- Change My View
It is the year 2030, disasters and wars have destroyed many places around the globe. This is no apocalypse though, the world still thrives and Virtual Reality is used to explore the laser-scanned replicas of the environments which were destroyed. Giving people the chance to “visit” the past or at least a very good approximation of it.
So this is what the future holds. Try to change my view in the comments!

Point Cloud to BIM Solutions for Modern Architectural Projects
Convert laser scan data into intelligent BIM models for better design coordination and project visualization. Ideal for architects, consultants, and developers seeking accurate digital representations of existing structures.
Construction Data Clarity Using Point Cloud to BIM Models
Traditional construction surveying can miss hidden spaces, irregular structures, and detailed geometry. Laser scanning improves capture accuracy and reduces manual errors. Converting scans through point cloud to BIM helps surveyors create visual 3D environments, enabling stakeholders to understand layouts, detect conflicts, and plan retrofit or renovation work.
A Point Cloud to BIM Success Story
In the world of Point Cloud to BIM, scan clarity is often the biggest hurdle to a successful project. This was the exact challenge faced during a recent project for an Australian underground mining services company, where we were tasked with creating an LOD 300 Revit Model for a complex industrial crane and conveyor system. Despite receiving unclear scans for critical elements like chains and I-beams—which required multiple RFIs and photo verifications—our in-house engineering team meticulously reconstructed the missing details. By prioritizing data validation and technical expertise, we ensured that the final model was delivered strictly on schedule, proving that even with "unclear data," high-quality results are non-negotiable. Did You Know? A Laser Scanner Captures 1 Million Points Per Second. ⚡📏
Modern Terrestrial Laser Scanners (TLS) don't just take a picture, they measure the distance to objects millions of times a second to create a "Point Cloud."
Why does this matter for your renovation? Manual surveys miss the details. A laser scan captures:
🔹 Wall Deflection: See if a structural wall is bowing by as little as 5mm.
🔹 Floor Flatness: Critical for installing high-tech machinery or automated shelving.
🔹 True As-Built: A digital record that is 100% free of human error.
Stop relying on tape measures for million-pound projects.

Manual surveying is becoming obsolete. 🛑
With over 60% of firms now pivoting to Drones and Laser Scanning, the "tape measure" era is fading. The result? 90% better drafting accuracy, especially on complex sites where manual methods fail.
📍 Precision: From clouds of points to perfect CAD/BIM models.
📍 Speed: Capture site data in hours, not days.
📍 Reliability: Eliminate the "measure twice, fix later" cycle.
Stop guessing. Start scanning.
