Your feelings were like a dream, but he needed to wake up.

He didn't belong in this world, and he was dumb enough to actually let himself be in love with someone in it.

He still had time to fix it, after all you just said how you feel and nothing too serious came out of it.

Sooner or later he had to return to where he came from. So it's great that you aren't too deep in love... Right?

Faced with mixed feelings he was still able to deceive you. Of course you knew that something was wrong, but he said it's nothing you should worry about.

After all, with him it'll all disappear. The problem of having you choose him or your home once you get more serious.

Actually, he didn't say that part, but he thought about it.

He made up his mind. So when the time came he only gave you a kiss and said he forgot about something and he needs to go fetch it.

The kiss however didn't seem like the quick kind he'd give you in a situation like this, but you didn’t have time to react to it.

"Thank you for spending your time with me today, I wish I could stay longer but duty calls" Laslow sighed as he stood up after you were finished with your unofficial tea date "Goodbye Laslow, I hope we can do it again sometime" after saying your goodbyes you stayed for a little longer at the table.

By the time you've noticed that Laslow left something, he was long gone. Now that you think about it you saw him fidget with the piece of paper... Which would explain the state it was in.

I always believed that some emotions can't be really conveyed into words. But right now I just think that I'm not yet brave enough to tell you what I'm about to out loud. Back when we first met, I wasn't sure what kind of person you were. You were always distant towards everyone and yet my first thought I had upon meeting you was "I wonder what her laugh sounds like". After I got to hear it once we got closer I found myself wanting to do more and more things with you. Perhaps I was looking for an excuse to meet you as frequently as I did? It was hard not to be charmed by you, especially when you talk about theater. How your eyes would shine and how wonderfully you deliver every line even when you only practice. Being around you is just enchanting to say the least, so will you continue to put that spell on me? What I mean is: would you like to become my lover?

You didn't know what to say... He had feelings for you? Just like you had feelings for him?

Even though you recently just had to say your goodbyes you looked for him. This couldn't wait.

When you found and approached him he greeted you like the usual. But when he saw that specifically folded piece of paper he panicked and before he could say anything you admitted to reading it. He started looking around just to avoid eye contact "That... Uhm... I was planning on throwing it away" he wanted to run from you and hide.

"And why would you do that?" you ask "Because after I thought about it was a dumb idea to let a piece of paper tell you how I feel. But now it's even more embarrassing that you found it" he had no idea what else to tell you, but you knew how to respond "Well, then tell me right now. How do you feel?"

He was used to some of your teasing by now but what you were doing now was something else entirely. But after composing himself he said "I love you" it wasn't anyhow hard but he felt anxious as he wondered how will you respond "I love you too" is what you said, and he couldn't be more happy at that moment.
