It actually doesn’t seem to be that good against single targets (though it can punch a hole straight through a Celestial Tower with a single full-charge channel with endgame armor and as much mana as you can manage with buffs); it shines the best against mobs of smaller enemies. Even before I got the endgame caster armor, I found it was effective at crushing armies when used in shorter bursts, while using Celestial Cuffs to suck up mana stars to keep mana reserves up.

It’s super, SUPER fun.
