☠ Casey wasn’t sure why he had to have a private talk with Cassandra, but well...There he was. He gently knocked the door, and looked carefully inside, searching for a glance of her.

Technically, Casey had told her not to come down here. At least not if he wasn’t with her. But tonight had been a rough night at home, and though she hadn’t been hurt, the drunken screaming had been more than a little too much for a small girl to bear.

So she followed familiar steps back to the lair, sneaking her way in the way she’d followed him before, hoping she wouldn’t get caught as she squeezed herself and her backpack under the turnstiles.
