Before I started with logic (before Apple bought it) Reason or FL studio (Fruity Loops back then) I used hammer head and leaf drums with my guitar plugged into the computer line-in and would use moonfish for other sounds and Nero wave editor. I would have multiple Nero editor Pages open all recording through the system mix into one Nero editor, there was no sync button back then have to click everything on time then go back and edit to make a track.
