काम का कोई वक़्त नहीं... इज़्ज़त की कोई क़ीमत नहीं!

आज का दिन ऐसा बीता जैसे खुद को कहीं गिरवी रख दिया हो... 12:00 बजे दिन में ड्यूटी शुरू की, लेकिन अब तक खत्म नहीं हुई है। लंच का नाम तक नहीं लिया क्योंकि काम का बोझ इतना था कि सांस लेने की फुर्सत नहीं मिली। हर मिनट फोन की घंटी, हर सेकंड नई डांट, और हर काम में "तुरंत चाहिए" की चीख!

अब रात के 12 बज चुके हैं, और निकलते-निकलते शायद 2:00 AM हो ही जाए। थकावट बदन से नहीं, अब तो आत्मा से झलकने लगी है।

लेकिन कहानी यहीं खत्म नहीं होती... Boss ने जाते-जाते एक तीर और मारा — "कल सुबह 7 बजे टाइम से आ जाना।" क्या शरीर मशीन है? क्या नींद, खाना, आराम अब लक्ज़री बन चुके हैं?

हम मेहनत करने से नहीं डरते, पर इंसानियत की हदें पार कर दी जाएं तो दिल दुखता है।

कभी-कभी ऐसा लगता है जैसे काम की क़द्र नहीं, सिर्फ़ quantity की भूख है। जहाँ इंसान के जज़्बात, थकावट और ज़रूरतों का कोई मोल नहीं।

💭 सवाल बस इतना है — क्या सिर्फ़ नौकरी बचाने के लिए अपनी ज़िंदगी को खो देना ही कर्तव्य है? कब सुनी जाएगी उस इंसान की आवाज़ जो हर दिन अपनी हद से ज़्यादा देता है... सिर्फ़ "company ke liye"?
