This time, have my new gal Viessa, a Vampire Ground Finch harpy born in the Thorne Empire that occasionally feeds on blood cuz of her nature (and the bird she was based on)
She's also a tiny harpy
Also the magic circles by her are fanmade by me. They're Starfall Magic (light/wind mutation) and Blood Magic (water/shadow mutation)
