Precived Perfection

I think the world needs to realize "perfection" is pointless. In the sense of the true definition anyway.

I want my flaws to be perfect and they are. However, not in the same way that "perfection" is perfect.

I am enough, I am beautiful. Each of my flaws are amazing because they are not actually flaws but just a part of me and I am not a flaw.

Why do we need filters and little edits to make us look the way that society tells us we should? If we were all natural in everything from everyday life to our pictures we would all see that perfection the way media wants it is not real.
