***LATERAL SQUATS: 80 lb. Kettlebell*** . . TWO ✌✌main things to keep in mind for the Kettlebell (KB) Lateral Squats the gluteal muscles💪💪🏽💪🏾 of your lower body will be strengthened AND your dynamic flexibility will be increased in the adductor muscles of your HIPS 💯💯💯. . . . ***DO WORK*** When standing, retract your shoulder blades and protrude with your chest slightly. Then LEAD with your hips and PUSH your butt BACK ⏪⏪. Knees should NOT go past the toes. If the first part of this is done correctly, your knees will then be PROTECTED 🤓. Keep the kettlebell IN SYNC with your chest and hold it right underneath your pelvic area. When squatting laterally, keep your torso UPright ⬆️➡️ and keep those shoulder blades retracted. TAP the KB on the ground when it comes to the eccentric portion of this exercise and return back to square one 🔙◾⚀ .
